Well hello, and welcome in! I am Nym! I am a witch of about 10 years or so. Well, here I go! I am essentially an "Eclectic Folk Hedgewitch" if titles familiar are needed. I have taken to the title of Sorceress. But! Witch is applicable, at least in it's familiarity to others. I am not Wiccan. I follow no code. I work with demons, spirits, and gods alike! I work often on the Otherside. Also called often, the Astral. I do this via trance and working in a meditative state. A lot of my practice happens in spaces i've curated. I will share more on them later!
✿ General Magic
My personal Othersiding comes with a practice of Spirit Work. As in, those spirits I work with? Many of them are met in waking life, and further int he astral, dreams, meditative states, and often in words whispered on the wind. I call it Keeping a Court; of Spirits in my home. I make sure everyone is well, attended, and if they desire? Busy. I do not often ask the spirits I meet to assist in my desires, unless it benefits their own, as well.As for the types of workings, rituals, and rites I perform? Wholly up to mood, need, and current ideals. A nod to a God-Mentor; I tend not to harm until I am made to cross that path! I protect first and foremost. And run! I run a lot from things that I find too much, or upsetting. I often find myself coming back to inspiration, prosperity, and guidance as far as spells and workings go.
Things that happen in my practice are intensely personal and what I choose to share, I am also being careful of! So many things are through a filter. IF you have questions about aspects, feel free to message me?
✿ Relationship with Pan
I am a Devotee of Pan, and espoused to Him (The Earthen One). That said I take our relationship very seriously. Pan has many faces, all of which I adore!!! I have a whole Shrine devoted to him on the site with more information on His Faces. As far as our relationship goes? Things are private.
I met him 10 years ago; he caught me when I fell. Saved my life in ways I cannot count, and still to this day provides me a sense of love and affection that cannot be measured with words alone.
✿ Ancestor Veneration
A practice I perform, and it is as it sounds. I find my ancestors do not sleep but they dance on the Wind. They walk in ways I cannot see, their steps many and unmeasured. I listen to the things they say carefully. And do my best to walk the way they guide me.The Main Ancestor is my Papa; He has a lot of history on this Earth, and is my lifeline to the other spirits of my ancestry. He is the one I talk to, the one who leads in measured steps! If something is wrong spiritually, we ask him what's going on!!
The second piece of my Ancestor Veneration, is my House Spirit!!! It is not a tangible spirit, but a concept by which I stand? That my house is a representation of the Spirit of those who live and breathe in it. Your house is a mess? Your life probably is too! Etc.
✿ Myth Veneration
At present I only work with one myth being. Krampus. I have in the past worked with others, but He sticks out, and around a lot. I care deeply for him! My personal experiences with him have led me to! I cannot stress enough, that everyone will have their own experiences here!Mileage will vary!!!!
✿ Demonolatry
Currently working with Lucifer, Kings Paimon, Asmodeus, Belial, and Marquis Decarabia. All demons I work with I have deepening relationships with! I do not cast them as evil, no good, ill-willed, etc. As a Sorceress; one might think themselves above and beyond the will of them..? But... you attract more with honey than salt. So. I tend to treat them kindly, offer them things, and work with them gently.Lucifer I have known on and off most of my life. Asmodeus, then.. Belial... Paimon and recently Decarabia! Things documented for myself, but each will have a space on here! So! Bear with me while I build.
